EliseCRM, DelinquencyAI, and RenewalsAI clients can now view Email Read Receipts in all leasing and resident conversations. You can view read receipts for both mass messages and individual emails sent to specific contacts.
All other clients must Contact Support to enable email read receipts.
Read receipts show if a contact has opened an email message. You can use read receipts to:
- Check if a prospect opened tour confirmation emails.
- Check if a resident opened emails about renewals.
- Verify a resident's claim that they never saw delinquency emails.
This feature applies to email only. SMS, Voice, and Webchat messages cannot display read receipts. The AI Assistant does not use information from read receipts to inform its follow-up messages.
To view email read receipts:
- Click on a contact in the Activity, Tasks, or Contacts tab of your AI Portal.
- View the contact's conversation history. You can select Email Only in the Communication dropdown menu to view emails only.
- View the mail icons below each email message:
