In most cases your AI is integrated with your CRM calendar. To ensure your AI is scheduling tours at available times follow these best practices:
- Block off reoccurring days and times your office is closed or unavailable for tours.
- Be sure to set these times as "busy"
- Keep your calendar up to date by also blocking off non reoccurring unavailable times or days as they come up. i.e. If you have an internal meeting planned or are closed for a holiday, block it off so your AI knows not to schedule tours or calls for that specific day/time.
There are a few cases where your AI is integrated with your email calendar. Wherever your manage your schedule be sure to keep that updated.
