Answering initial inquiries and scheduling tours takes an immense amount of your time. An AI leasing assistant does this 24/7 so that you can focus on tours, getting signed leases, and lease renewals.
Each client can name their personal AI Leasing Assistant. For now, we'll use the name Elise. Here’s how she works:
- A prospect reaches out to your community via a website contact form, text message, or phone call and selects to continue the conversation via text message.
- Elise responds within a few minutes and answers the prospect’s questions and works to schedule a tour. Elise will keep these conversations in your inbox so that you can keep track of them.
- Additionally, Elise will update the prospect’s guest card with their information and the messages back and forth (and create the guest card if necessary).
- If Elise doesn’t hear back from the prospect, she will send several follow up messages to try to re-engage the prospect.
- Once a tour time is confirmed, Elise adds it to your leasing calendar and sends the prospect instructions for where to meet, etc.
- On the day of the tour, Elise will send out a reminder to the prospect. If the prospect needs to reschedule, Elise will assist with this.
- Finally, you’ll take the prospect on the tour of your community and help them through the rest of the process of becoming your newest resident!
