The AI Portal's Campaigns Reporting Dashboard tracks data and performance metrics for two kinds of mass messages:
- Prospect Campaigns: Mass messages sent to prospective tenants
- Resident Announcements: Mass messages sent to current residents
To access your campaigns reporting dashboard, open the AI Portal and navigate to the Reports tab on the left sidebar. Select Campaigns in the dropdown menu.
Prospect Campaigns
Click the dashboard's Prospect Campaigns tab to view a list of your prospect campaigns.
Use the Search for a community dropdown at the top of the page to filter campaigns by community.
Use the search tools above the campaigns list to:
- Search for campaigns by subject, message, or creator.
- Filter campaigns by channel (Email or SMS).
- Filter campaigns by date.
Select a campaign from the list to open a detailed campaign report.
Each campaign report provides the following information:

Campaign Info: This section displays information like a campaign's subject line, its delivery channel, and the user who created it.
- Click View full message to view a campaign's full message to prospects.

Filters: This section displays any filters used to target campaign prospects. These filters may include Application Status, Last Active Status, and Preferred Layout.

Performance Overview: This section displays campaign performance metrics:
- Delivered: The number and percentage of prospects that received a campaign.
- Undeliverable: The number and percentage of prospects that did not receive a campaign, possibly due to invalid contact information.
- Engagement: The percentage of prospects that clicked on or replied to a campaign message.
- Unsubscribed: The number of prospects that unsubscribed from a campaign's channel (Email or SMS) after receiving the campaign.

Contacts: This section lists all campaign recipients.
- Click the Delivered and Undeliverable panels in the Performance Overview section to filter the contacts list by these respective categories.
- Click on a contact to view their guest card and conversation history.
Resident Announcements
Click the dashboard's Resident Announcements tab to view a list of your resident announcements.
NOTE: The dashboard only displays resident announcements sent on or after March 1st, 2025. To view resident announcements sent prior to this date, click Mass Messages on your AI Portal's Activity page.
Use the Search for a community dropdown at the top of the resident announcements page to filter announcements by community.
Use the search tools above the announcements list to:
- Search for announcements by subject, message, or creator.
- Filter announcements by channel (Email or SMS).
- Filter announcements by date.
Select an announcement from the list to open a detailed announcement report.
Each announcement report provides the following information:

Campaign Info: This section displays information like an announcement's subject line, its delivery channel, and the user who created it.
