Organization admins can use the AI Portal's Notification Settings page to create, edit, or delete leasing-related notifications for your team members.
To access the Notifications Settings page, click Settings in the AI Portal's left sidebar, then click Notifications in the Settings dropdown menu.
Use this page to set up the following types of notifications:

Daily Leasing Reports: These provide daily morning updates on:
- New Leads
- Booked Tours
- Escalations: Tasks handed off by the AI Assistant for your team to manage
- Pending Knowledge: Property information that requires team review before it can enter your AI Assistant's Knowledge Base
- Task Update Reports: These provide daily midday updates on escalations.
Scheduled Notifications
The page's Scheduled Notifications section lists all Daily Leasing Reports and Task Update Reports sent to your team each day. The section displays each notification's Report ID, Type, Recipient, associated Buildings, and Delivery Time.
Use this section to create, edit, or delete notifications.
Create a Notification
Follow these steps to create a new notification:
- Click the + Add New button at the top right of the page. This mounts the Create Notification Settings box.
- Select Daily Leasing Report or Task Update Report in the Notification Type dropdown menu.
- Use the Recipient section to assign the notification to a team member.
- If you select Elise User Account, locate the team member's email in the Select User dropdown menu.
- If you select Email Address, you must manually enter the team member's email.
- NOTE: You can assign only one team member per notification.
- Use the Building Selection section to choose buildings to include in the notification's report.
- If you select Specific, you must assign individual buildings in the Select Buildings dropdown menu.
- Use the Timezone dropdown menu to select the team member's timezone. This step ensures the team member receives the notification at the correct time.
- Click the Create button to save your new notification.
Edit a Notification
Follow these steps to edit an existing notification:
- Click the Pen Icon on the right side of the notification's row under the Actions column. This mounts the Edit Notification Settings box.
- Use the box to update the notifications's assigned team member, associated buildings, or timezone.
- Click the Update button to save your updated notification.
Delete a Notification
Delete a notification by clicking the Trash Can Icon under the Actions column.
Report Notifications History
You can view a notification's history by clicking its Report ID on the left side of the page.
This directs you to the Report Notifications History page.
In the Last 100 Notifications section, you can view the notification's history of time sent and associated buildings.
Click on a notification to mount it in the Report Preview section. Here, you can view a past notification's report, which includes new leads, booked tours, escalations, and pending knowledge.
