Users who log in and use the EliseAI Platform can edit their Elise User Profile to customize their details, including their name, phone number, and automated email signature.
To access your profile, access http://app.meetelise.com, and click the circular button at the bottom of the left-hand menu that displays your initials. Here you can make updates to your information:
- Name - Update your name as it will display in the system and to those you send messages to via the conversation windows. Click Save to update.
- Phone - If you are assigned an individual phone number at your property, this can be updated here. Click Save to update.
- Reset Password - Click this to open the reset password page, and follow the steps to choose a new password.

Signature -
- If the toggle is ON, the signature in the text box below this will automatically be included in the signature for your emails via the conversation windows.

To update your signature, click Edit Signature. Here you can edit the text, add images, hyperlinks, and customize the text display settings. Then click Submit.
- Access - Here you will see a list of the user role permissions you have been granted.
- Communities - Here you will see a list of the communities, and/or community groups, you have been assigned to.

Calendar -
- Calendar Connections: If you use Outlook, you can connect EliseAI to your external calendar by clicking “Connect New Calendar”

Personal Calendar Sync: In the drop down, you can choose to have No Sync to your Outlook calendar, Export Calendar Bookings to your Outlook, or finally enable a Two-Way Sync between EliseAI and your Outlook calendar.
- Click “Save Sync Settings”
