These settings help you get more from our platform—whether you're looking to increase efficiency, gain deeper insights, or to offer a more customized experience. This is not our exhaustive catalog, but a highlight of some common-setups and how to activate them.
Leasing
Do you have 3D tours of units, floorplans or your entire property?
If so, please submit a ticket with your virtual tour links! Your AI will share these with prospects who ask for additional unit media.
Do your communities offer virtual or self-guided tours in addition to guided agent tours?
Review your tour settings and enable virtual or self-guided tours for each community. More information on how to set these up can be found in our Tour Setting Article.

Do your communities offer model unit tours?
We have the ability to schedule tours on your model unit, even if all units are currently occupied. If you'd like to enable this, please submit a ticket listing your properties with model units, and we will set this up for you.
Are your specials pulling correctly from your PMS? If not, would you like us to pull the specials from your website?
Your specials are viewable in the AI portal. If your specials are not showing, please submit a ticket and we can activate specials from your community websites.
Would you like your AI to continue messaging prospects even after they’ve started an application?
By default, your AI will prompt site teams to answer all prospect questions once they've entered the applicant phase. If you want your AI to continue the conversation instead, please submit a ticket.
Would you like your AI to cross-sell properties in a region or across your portfolio?
By default, your AI only qualifies prospects for their selected property. However, you may want to share leads if:
- Properties share the same owner
- Properties are centrally managed
- Properties have very few units available
If you would like to activate cross-selling, please submit a ticket with a list of properties to include.
Would you like to use Elise DNI on your property website?
DNI (Dynamic Number Insertion) automatically changes the phone number on your website based on the marketing source the prospect visited your website from, ensuring consistent marketing attribution. Visit our DNI Article for more details.
You can view your DNI settings in the AI portal. Please configure the DNI settings and activate. If you need help, please submit a ticket and include a list of your property vanity numbers.
Would you like to change your AI's personality?
You can select from three distinct personality types in the AI portal for SMS and email AI communication. We recommend the Cheerful or Enthusiastic personas for the best conversion rates.
Would you like your AI to refer to your units as anything other than apartments?
You can choose from six domicile name options in the AI portal (e.g., "Home," "Apartment Home," "Single Family Home," or "Room").
By default, your AI will use "Apartments," however, you can select any option that better suits your organization.
Would you like to adjust the way your website widget or pixel widget looks on the website?
Elise offers a variety of customization options for the webchat widget–colors, branding, and features. As a reminder, the webchat widget is a standalone chat bot that lives on the property website offering real-time responses.
Use "Default Settings" on the left panel for portfolio-wide branding, or select individual communities to customize each property widget here. As a reminder, "Default Settings" on the left panel encompass all communities in your portfolio.
