The support portal allows you to log in and view all of your open tickets. From the portal, you will be able to reply directly to tickets and have greater visibility into the status of your support tickets.
How to Receive Access
- Submit a support ticket requesting access to the support portal
- Indicate whether or not the access should apply to the whole organization or just select individuals.
- If the entire organization can access tickets, can they also comment on all tickets?
- If only granting access to select individuals, please provide a full list of the team members to add - we require their full names and email addresses
- When new users are added, they will receive a welcome email from Zendesk allowing them to log in at https://support.meetelise.com
Client Navigation
- Please sign in at https://support.meetelise.com/
- After logging in, click on your name in the upper right corner
- Select "Activities" to view tickets you've submitted, are CC'd on, or your organization's tickets
- This will depend on the level of access you have:

Open the individual request and scroll to the bottom of the page to reply.
