You can use the EliseAI Portal to send mass communications and campaigns to your prospects. This feature allows you to create quick, highly customizable campaigns across multiple channels.
Create A Campaign
Follow the steps below to create a new campaign.
- Click Knowledge in your AI Portal's left sidebar, then click Specials in the Knowledge dropdown menu.
- Click the Add New Campaign + button in the top right corner. This launches the New Prospect Campaign box.
- Select the Community tab to send your campaign to a single community's prospects. Or, select the Community Group tab to send your campaign to an entire community group's prospects.
- Write a subject line for your campaign in the Subject text box.
- Select a Community in the Community dropdown menu, or a Community Group in the Community Group dropdown menu.
- Select Email or SMS is the Channel dropdown menu.
- Select any incentives or specials to include in the Incentives dropdown menu.
- NOTE: You may sync these incentives from your PMS or create them in your AI Portal. See the Specials article for more information on incentives.
- Select prospects to target in the Filters section. Filters include Application Status, Last Active Status, Preferred Move In, and Preferred Layout.
- Write your campaign message in the text box. For email campaigns, you may enhance and spell-check your message with AI by clicking the Enhance button below the text box.
- Optional: Save your campaign as a template for future use by clicking the Save as New Template button above the text box.
- View the number of prospects your campaign will reach in the Recipients section under the text box.
- Click the Send Message button to launch your campaign.
NOTE: We currently do not support HTML designs in prospect campaigns. However, they are on our roadmap, so stay tuned for future updates
View Past Campaigns
You can visit your AI Portal's Reports > Campaigns page to view data and performance metrics on past campaigns. See Understanding Your Reporting Dashboard - Campaigns for more information.
You can also view your past campaigns in the Campaigns section of the Specials page. This section displays the following data on your campaigns:
- Subject and Message
- Specials
- Layouts
- User Who Created It
- Start Time
- Completion Status
Click the Down Arrow to the right of a campaign's subject line to view that campaign's full message to prospects:
