Grant Access to Marketing and Appointment Availability API
To connect to building details and pricing, we use the Web Service (Vendor) API, so it’s important that each property is configured for this API. This is something you can ask your Yardi representative to help with regarding RentCafe.
- Within Yardi RentCafe, navigate to Site Manager > Property > Property Settings > Property Configuration > Content and Settings > Settings > Appointment Settings > Click on “Page” > General Settings
- Enable Publish on Marketing API
- Enable Appointment Availability API

We rely on the Web Service (Vendor) API for building details and pricing, so it’s essential to have the property set up for this API. This is a RentCafe function that allows you to add the property to the Vendor API.
