Grant API Access in RentCafe Site Manager for EliseAI

Note: This setting is only visible to Yardi Admins. If you need to enable the Marketing and Appointment Availability API, you might want to submit a case to Client Central or reach out to your Yardi representative for assistance. When submitting your case, feel free to copy and paste the text below.

Grant Access to Marketing and Appointment Availability API

To connect to building details and pricing, we use the Web Service (Vendor) API, so it’s important that each property is configured for this API. This is something you can ask your Yardi representative to help with regarding RentCafe.

  1. Within Yardi RentCafe, navigate to Site Manager > Property > Property Settings > Property Configuration > Content and Settings > Settings > Appointment Settings > Click on “Page” > General Settings
  2. Enable Publish on Marketing API
  3. Enable Appointment Availability API
  4. Enable Basic API

Add Building to Calendar API II

  1. Enable Appointment Availability API
    1. Within Yardi RentCafe, navigate to Site Manager > Property > Property Settings > Property Configuration > Content and Settings > Settings > Appointment Settings > Click on “Page” > General Settings

Enable Vendor Web API

  • You can look for the Vendor API Token by going to Site Manager > Company Level Settings > Settings > API Settings.

We rely on the Web Service (Vendor) API for building details and pricing, so it’s essential to have the property set up for this API. This is a RentCafe function that allows you to add the property to the Vendor API.
