Request API Access

Use the RealPage Support Request Form to request API access for MeetElise.

  1. Type in your all information
  2. Enter support@eliseai.com into the additional email field
  3. Copy and paste the following text into the description field:

Please enable provide MeetElise with API access and either create or map the Meet Elise agent from the PMS for the following properties:

• [PROPERTY 1]

• [PROPERTY 2] etc

Configure Knock Settings

You must enable self scheduling, tour types, and availability. You'll also need to remove "Busy" times on your calendar if they're set for all day every day.

  1. Turn on Self-schedule
    • Found under Knock > Preferences > Scheduling
  2. Enable Tour Types
  3. Enable calendar availability with 28 days of tour times
    • Found under Knock > Scheduling > Number of days out
  4. Remove any all day every day "Busy" times from your calendar
    • To do this, uncheck the "Busy - Renters cannot schedule during this time" box on the calendar event
