Submit a Ticket to ResMan
Access the ResMan Support Portal by clicking the Help button located on the left side of the screen.
- Navigate to Contact Customer Support at the bottom right of your screen.
- Use the following details when submitting your request:
Subject: Grant access to EliseAI
Email Body:
“Please grant EliseAI integration access for the following communities:”

Add Meet Elise Agents to Resman
Please add an agent called "House House" and "Meet Elise" (first name, last name) and assign them to the properties you'll be setting up your AI on.
To set up the agents in Resman:
- Go to Accounts > Employees > New Employee
- Enter First Name and Last Name
- Set the Employee Type as Leasing (this is very important. if not checked, the employee won't show up in dropdown menus)
- Select Properties
- Hit Save
The most important and often missed piece checking the "Leasing" box for Employee Type. If this box is not checked, the Employee will not show up in any dropdown menus to select the leasing agent. The same issue will occur if the client creates their Elise leasing agents as Users but does not convert them to Employees and select the Leasing Employee Type.
