As a final launch step, all leads need to be redirected to the AI Assistant's email address. You can find the AI email addresses in app.meetelise under the "Communities" tab or by asking your implementation manager.
Below are the three final launch steps to enable the Yardi integration.
These steps should be completed on the day of launch.
While Yardi administrators can complete steps #1 and #2, step #3 requires reaching out to a Yardi representative.
- Make sure "Meet Elise" is set as the Default Agent for Property Website / RentCafe ILS prospects in Yardi Site Manager
- Navigate to RentCafe Site Manager: Company > Select Property > Content & Settings > Settings > Guest Card Settings > Default Agent for Property Website & Default Agent for RENTCafe.com ILS
- Set the default agent to "Meet Elise"
- Please ensure the checkbox next to "Use as system default" is unchecked
- Turn off first contact follow up reminders in Yardi CRM
- Navigate to Search > Property > Select correct property > Communication > Follow-Up Setup > First Contact > Edit > Email > Deactivate
- Update setting on "Web Requests" to auto-create guest cards in Yardi for all sources except for "Urgent Lead"
- Sometimes this source is called "Meet Elise" or "Non-Source"
- In Yardi Site Manager, navigate to Property Settings > Company Switch > Admin Edit Campaign (for the MeetElise marketing source) > CRM setting (auto create guest card)
