Additionally, when your AI Assistant detects a support language
When your AI Assistant recognizes the lead/resident's language, EliseCRM will show an option to automatically translate agent responses. When your AI Assistant hands off a conversation, the message should remain in the lead/resident’s preferred language, but the onsite team will be able to view the conversation in English.
Your AI Assistant will let the lead know that it may not be possible for their tour to be provided in their preferred language
This feature (including all languages) is turned on by default.

Additionally, your AI Assistant will translate the entire conversation back into English when pushing the conversation to the guest card.
