Integration Setup

• Credentials for your PMS or where pricing and unit availability are found

• Credentials for your CRM or where lead information is added and updated

• If applicable, your current phone setup including hosting, routing, and after hours behavior

Product Settings

• Types of tours offered and relevant details

• Which buildings are conventional, affordable, student, or some mix

• The desired name of your AI agent

Knowledge Base

• Application process including fees and approved documents

• Amenities fees, parking information, and general maintenance instructions

• General policies including those for pets, renewals, and early termination

Inviting Your Team

• Team members that will be helping with the above information and should be added immediately

• Team members who will be end users and should be added to the platform closer to launch
