Complete the steps in this guide to finish "Invite Your Team" setup in your Launch Status page.
Inviting your initial team can be done on the Onboarding > Invite Your Team page. Keep in mind that this page will disappear after launch, but users can always be managed in the Users tab, accessible from the left sidebar of app.meetelise. The same basic instructions apply whether users are invited from the Onboarding page or the Users page.
To add a new user, simply list their email, any roles they should have, and the communities they should be able to access, and then click "Send". Users with the same roles across the same communities can be added in bulk by separating the emails with a comma.
User Roles
Only Leasing Agent, Community Manager, and Organization Admin are required for communities launching LeasingAI. For DelinquencyAI, the Accounts Receivable role is required.
Note that all users will have access to Elise Sidekick. Their access in Sidekick will reflect their access in EliseCRM.
