The AI Portal's Launch Status page serves as your home base during the EliseAI onboarding process.
To open the Launch Status page, log in to the AI Portal and click Onboarding in the left sidebar. Then, click Launch Status in the Onboarding dropdown menu.
The Launch Status page displays the following items:
- The Onboarding status of all your communities and their associated EliseAI products
- The Anticipated Launch Date (ALD) of each product
- All steps to complete prior to each launch
- Your PMS and CRM integrations for each product
- The associated EliseAI contacts for each product:
- Customer Success Manager
- Implementation Specialist
- Account Executive
Overall Status
This Overall Status column displays a product's launch status for a given community.
If the product's overall status is Requires Clint Action, check the page's Required Actions for Launch columns for steps you must complete prior to launch.
Once you complete these steps, the product's overall status changes to Ready to Launch. Your CSM can launch products with a Ready to Launch status.
Integration Status
Setting up your PMS and CRM integrations is the essential first step in onboarding.
A red +Setup button appears in the Integration column of products with outstanding integration tasks.
Click the +Setup button to view an integration tasks list page, which shows the status of each task and the actions required for completion.
Generally speaking, you must provide API access for your communities, then create a Leasing Agent in your systems named Meet Elise.
Once you complete integration, a green checkmark appears in the product's Integration column.
Product Settings
Configure your product settings to ensure that your AI Assistant's responses are tailored to each of your communities.
A red +Setup button appears in the Settings column of products with outstanding settings to configure. Click the +Setup button to view the product's settings page.
You can also access a product's settings by click Settings in your AI Portal's left sidebar, then clicking a product or feature to view its settings page.
Each settings page stores product-specific Information such as preferred tour type for Leasing and late fee policy for Delinquency.
Once you configure a product's settings, a green checkmark appears in the product's Settings column.
Knowledge Base
Set up your AI Assistant's Knowledge Base for communities launching Leasing or Resident products.
A red +Setup button appears in the Settings column of products requiring knowledge setup. Click the +Setup button to view the product's Knowledge Setup page.
This page includes core knowledge questions to answer, such as "What is the income requirement?" and "What forms of payment are accepted?"
This step is very important! Your AI Assistant relies heavily on Knowledge during its conversations with prospects and residents. Quality Knowledge leads to quality conversations.
Once you complete a product's knowledge base, a green checkmark appears in the product's Knowledge column.
Invite Your Initial Team
Invite users to your team and assign them roles prior to launch.
A red +Setup button appears in the Invite Users column of products requiring team setup. Click the +Setup button to view your organization's Invite Your Team page.
You must assign a User Role to every user you invite
-
At minimum, you must assign an Organization Admin for each community launching on Leasing.
-
Elise requires at least one user assigned to either the Leasing Agent or Community Manager role prior to launch. We recommend assigning both roles.
-
All communities using DelinquencyAI must assign users to Accounts Receivable and Regional Delinquency Manager.
Once you complete the required team setup, a green checkmark appears in the product's Invite Users column.
