The Launch Status page will be your home base during the EliseAI onboarding process.
To navigate to the page, open app.meetelise.com and click "Onboarding" on the left side panel. Here, you'll see the onboarding status of all your communities, the products associated with them, and any action items to complete before launch.
Overall Status
This column indicates if a product is ready to launch on a given community.
-
If all action items under "Required Actions For Launch" are complete, this column should turn green. Otherwise, you will need to complete those actions.
-
If the Overall status is "Requires Action", check the columns for instructions on what steps need to be completed before a building is ready.
Integration Status
Setting up your integrations should be your first step in the implementation process.
-
If EliseAI has properly connected with both your PMS and CRM and you have completed the necessary integration onboarding actions, this column will show "Complete".
-
The page linked in this column will dynamically show the status of each step and which actions still need to be completed.
-
Generally speaking, you will need to provide API access for the respective communities, and then create a Leasing Agent in your systems named Meet Elise.
Product Settings
Configuring your product settings will ensure that your AI Assistant's responses are tailored to your specific communities.
-
Information such as preferred tour type for Leasing and late fee policy for Delinquency is stored in separate pages within Settings.
-
Each product requires different configurations. Be sure to fill out the settings for all relevant products on the Settings page.
Knowledge Base
Your AI Assistant's Knowledge setup must be completed for communities launching on Leasing and/or Resident (Renewals, Maintenance, Resident).
-
Clicking the setup link will direct you to the Knowledge Setup page, which includes 24 "core knowledge" questions (e.g., "What is the income requirement?" and "What forms of payment are accepted?").
-
You may have to answer different sets of questions depending on which product(s) you are launching, such as Leasing and Resident.
-
This step is very important! Your AI Assistant will heavily rely on Knowledge during conversations. Quality Knowledge will lead to quality conversations.
Invite Your Initial Team
This column indicates if users need to be invited in order to launch. When inviting users, you will be prompted to assign them a user role.
-
At minimum, each community must have an associated Organization Admin to launch on Leasing.
-
At least one user with either the Leasing Agent or Community Manager role is required for launch, but we recommend inviting both.
-
All communities using AI-Managed Delinquency must have an Accounts Receivable user added.
