-
Track Inbound Calls: Identify which marketing channels are generating phone inquiries.
-
Measure Campaign Effectiveness: Analyze the performance of each source based on call volume and conversions.
-
Optimize Marketing Spend: Allocate resources to the most effective channels.
Understanding the Website DNI Interface
The Website DNI page features a spreadsheet-style interface displaying key information for each marketing source:
-
Source: the name of the marketing source.
-
Active Status: Indicates if the source is currently active.
-
Display Name: The name of the marketing source as it appears in EliseCRM.
-
DNI Phone Number: The unique phone number assigned for tracking.
-
Synced From: Shows whether the UTM Key is synced from your Property Management System (PMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
-
UTM Key: The UTM parameter key associated with the source (e.g., utm_source).
-
The default UTM Key is “utm_source”
-
-
UTM Value: The corresponding value for the UTM key (e.g., apartments.com).
-
Recommended UTM Value: the UTM Value Elise recommends using as the “utm_source” for customers using EliseCRM as their CRM or PMS.
-
Source Visibility: Indicates whether the source is displayed within source options in EliseCRM.

-
Effect on Tracking: Changes will affect how future inbound traffic is matched to sources.
-
Historical Data: Past data remains unaffected.
How do I assign or change a DNI phone number for a source?
-
Assignment: DNI numbers are generated during onboarding and are fixed to a specific source. Additional numbers should be purchased for new numbers.
What if the DNI phone number is incorrect or missing?
-
Source With No Vanity Number: vanity numbers may not generated for all sources as only publicly postable sources require numbers. If there is a source that is used for public marketing, it should either be created in the CRM/PMS or purchased on the Vanity Numbers page (if using Elise as your source of truth for vanity numbers)
