For any AI communications that are handed off or need a follow-up, these will be labeled and show up in your Unreviewed queue.

1. Add a Marketing Campaign named “Urgent Lead", which is how the source will appear in RentCafe's Unreviewed Queue
2. Go to Site Manager.
3. Click on Reports > Analytics > Campaign Listing Report.
4. On the Report page, select the property you are looking for.
   1. Note: You can also search all properties or up to 3 properties.
5. Select RentCafe CRM from the drop-down and click “Display”
6. You will then be able to see the campaigns set up for the selected property and will be able to locate the Urgent Lead email
   1. Note: It will have the format ‘propertyname.urgentlead.yourcompanyname@aptleasing.info’
