1. Enable Appointment Availability

Grant access to Marketing API for each property that you have to ensure Elise can populate and pull from available tour slot times

1. Within Yardi RentCafe, go to Site Manager > Property > Property Settings > Property Configuration 
2. Go to Content and Settings > Settings > Appointment Settings > Click on “Page” > General Settings
3. Check the box for Enable Appointment Availability API
   1. Note: Only Yardi Admins can see this setting.

2. Provide Basic API Token 

This API token is used by EliseAI to have the necessary access and data for your properties

1. Add the Vendor API Token by going to Site Manager > Company Level Settings > Settings > API Settings. 
2. Provide just the API Token.
